We want you to fall in love with your new jewellery but if you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 calendar days to exchange or return it.

Send us an email within 30 calendar days of receiving your package. We will send you step-by-step instructions on how to return or exchange your jewellery.

If you wish to make an exchange, as soon as we receive the items to be exchanged, we will send you your new jewellery (the cost of this second shipment will be charged).

In case of returns, as soon as we receive the returned items, we will initiate the refund of the purchase price of your items (excluding shipping costs).
